He opened Irish Scuba Academy in 2011.
Teaching since 2011 and diving since 1999.
Elite Scuba Instructor award for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2023.
Prestige Award for Best Scuba Instructor in Ireland 2021/2
Over 6000 dives completed in his dive career.
First learned to dive in Gran Canaria
Habla espanol a veces! (speaks Spanish sometimes)
Favourite Dive Movie - There are a few. Thunderball was his first time to see scuba diving in a Movie. Fools Gold wasn’t bad, but his favourite old school one is Men of Honor.
Pet Hates - Last minute cancellations, Bad Punctuality and handing back the gear in a bad state and not the way it was given out to divers.
Favourite Dive Site he has dived. Red Sea, Egypt (all of it especially the Thistlegorm Wreck) P29 and Rosie Wrecks in Malta
Favourite Irish Dive Site - Hook Head, the blow holes.
Bucket List Dive Site - Diving with Hammer heads in Belize
Other interests - JDM Classic Cars, Dogs and being a great Dad to my wonderful Daughter.

Her very first trial dive was in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt
Became and Instructor in 2023 in Tulum, Mexico.
She speaks Hungarian and English fluently, Italian and German not so fluently
She is a trainee Environmental Scientist
Her favourite dive movie is The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou but she is addicted to documentaries and cries like a baby every time she sees My Octopus Teacher
She’s a diving “Karen” so any disregard to safety gets her her blood up
Favourite dive sites abroad: Carwash Cenote, Mexico, Wreck Tabaiba, Tenerife & Inchape 2, Fujairah
Favourite dive sites in Ireland: Wreck Julia-T, Connemara & Muglin’s Rock, Dublin
Bucket list dives: Ice diving in the Arctic & Diving with sharks and mantas in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Other interests: baking nice cakes and bread, dogs and plants, long distance running and ballet
